1. How Long Does Shipping Take?

- Shipping is done every SATURDAY. Please allow 1-6 business days for processing/shipping  and 3-5 business days for delivery.

        - All orders made BEFORE Fridays 3PM EST will ship on that Saturday (the next day)

        - All orders made AFTER 3PM on Fridays will shipping on the following Saturday

- We have a flat rate shipping price of $4.50 on ALL orders. This is subject to change without notice.

2.  How will I know when my ordered has been shipped?

         - Every Saturday after shipment, emails are sent out notifying customers that their order(s) have been shipped. Every email also includes the tracking number for their order.

3. What is your return policy?

   - Due to Items Being Cosmetics, for sanitary purposes all items are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. 

4. What if my item is damaged?

-All products are packaged in protective packaging, we are NOT responsible for damage in the mail.

5.  How often are products restocked?

   - Restock dates are never guaranteed. Updates for product restock can always be found on our Instagram page: @goldenbeautycos or by subscribing to our newsletter.

   - Items are restocked as quickly as possible, however restock dates and times are always subject to change. 

   - We currently do not accept or do pre-orders.
